Selling a house is not as easy as putting a property on MLS® or erecting a "for sale" sign on your property, a REALTOR® should be working to sell your property, not expecting it to sell itself.
As an "Exit" REALTOR® I will recommend a competitive price for your home by preparing a Competitive Market Analysis. A "CMA" is based on similar homes in your area. It will show current listings, recent sales, and expired listings (a good thing to check because these houses are either usually overpriced or poorly marketed). Local market conditions will have an impact on the amount you can get for your home – and on how quickly you can sell it.
